I'm as flawed and sinful as any human is.

But I will take offense at someone who thinks that any and all members of our military would assassinate two duly elected senators before killing Osama Bin Laden.

Our soldiers and sailors would take a bullet for either of them.

He was obviously telling a joke that he had previously made up or heard somewhere. It was suppose to be funny because of not using the bullets on bin laden, who they've been after for many years. Either you honestly didn't get the intended humor, or you are simply posturing as someone more special than those who were amused by it. And I would bet money that any comments suggesting they agree with shooting those senators, are all tongue in cheek. Even if they say they aren't. At least, at this point.
