One other thing I forgot to mention, Linda Biegel aka 'Celtic Diva' is one of the more well-known ankle biters up there. She was the official Alaskan blogger for either the DNC's or the Obama campaign's website...can't remember which one.

The Levi Johnston stuff was a non-story until Sherry Johnston got a high-priced attorney, Rex Butler. He is an Obama donor and was quoted on the Obama website during the campaign insinuating that Palin is a racist.

Governor Palin can’t pay her legal bills but this woman can afford a high priced attorney? Who is paying him? If we find that out, we might solve the riddle.
