I believe the Fourniers were supposed to be in court Wed. over their appeal on the Warman lawsuit ruling, but can’t find anything else about it.
They posted on Thurs that they felt it went very well for them on Wed, and expected a ruling very quickly. That’s the last I heard before FD went dark.
