The article is a little ambiguous. 183 times is an awful lot of times. I’ll bet 183 is actually the number of times they poured the water rather than the number of sessions, not that the scumbag didn’t deserve 183 full sessions.

It would seem to me that after a few times, realizing that it wasn’t going to kill me, that it would not be effective.My thoughts too. I'll be interested to hear more on this.
