They were standing on the tarmac at the Moscow airport at the conclusion of one of the interminable SALT or other Nuclear Arms Talks.

But nothing, nothing that Jimmy Carter did could be compared in infamy to Zerobama bowing to the king of Saudi Arabia and kissing his ring.
