Considering the inept, classless people that the Messiah has appointed to this cabinet and inner circle, no one in the protocol office has a f@*&ing clue about anything.
His 27-year-old speechwriter has never bothered to check facts. Remember when the Messiah said that the automobile was invented in the US? Or how 90% of all guns at the Mexican border come from the US?
No clue at all.
He knows everything. Why would he listen to anyone else?

Agreed. Either he refuses to take instructions on protocol, or considers any kind of instruction as so demeaning that no one will try to advise him or his wife.
