Well, it appears that nearly all of the news media reporting the new SCHIP, [State Child Health Insurance Program],
INCREASED TOBACCO TAX LAW,
intentionally redirected their reports
to expound on the new President's wonderful act of helping poor children in need,
in place of any semblance of balanced factual reporting of all of the facts. And, they conveniently DID NOT MENTION the NEW TAXATION PRECEDENT
this "SCHIP BILL" establishes
for any future worthy programs needing MORE FUNDING FROM TAX INCREASES on minortity groups,
who by definition as minorities, LACK the voice of numbers to protest an UNCONSTITUTIONAL TAXATION LAW,
AN EXCISE or IMPOST TAX INCREASE
of between 258 PERCENT and 2,259 PERCENT
on ALL PERFECTLY LEGAL
TOBACCO PRODUCTS purchased by them.

Tobacco buyers, smokers, wholesale dealers, retailers ALL MUST *N O W*
break the silence of the past,
allowing our CIVIL RIGHTS to
FREE ENTERPRIZE and
FREE MARKETS to be abused time after time regardless of ranting politicians' attempts to dress-up their targeting of one group of Americans
to financially benefit another group.

The 14th Amendment to our U.S. Constitution
was added to PREVENT JUST THIS FORM OF TYRANY.
EQUAL PROTECTION of THE LAWS
fully applies here.

EVERY AMERICAN IS AT RISK if this law stands.

DEMAND that the U.S. Supreme Court review this SCHIP LAW for failure to equally protect
ALL AMERICANS FROM WRONGFUL USE OF TAXING AUTHORITY.

WRITE: U.S. Supreme Court
Chief Justice John Roberts
1 First Street NE
Washington DC 20543

Tell Justice Roberts that this is the
first CITIZENS' WRIT of MANDAMUS
requiring that he PERFORM HIS DUTY
by reviewing this bad law for constitutionality
under the 14th Amendment's protection clause,
as well as , all other equality protections from undue taxation by the Federal Government
upon it's citizens, guaranteed
in the U.S. Constitution of the USA.

TYRANY MUST BE OPPOSED !

"Fulfilling a campaign promise, President Barack Obama signed the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) bill into law this week; the measure will expand healthcare coverage for children using funds from a 62-cent-per-pack increase in the federal cigarette tax."

Obama is a smoker but I guess we will pick up the slack on his share of that tax.

So call “sin” taxes such as this will go unnoticed by the masses. You will get no sympathy.

Again, the loony left's law of unintended consequences will again prevail; all but the most addicted smokers have already quit, thanks to the last invasion of freedom and civil rights by the democrats with their anti-tobacco (make the lawyers rich) campaign. This new tax will force many more to give up the habit.

But CommieBamaMan knows that there will probably not be enough smokers left to fund this new plan - wah-lah...another "crisis" to be averted by CommieBamaMan...he will declare it an emergency and sign an executive order for income taxes to pay the bill. This will sneak the childrens health care in the back door, and at the same time lay a precedence for his beloved National Health Care (Read: Socialized Medicine).

The last part of the unintened consequence is, enough additional people stop smoking to put the tobacco companies on the verge of bankruptcy, massive layoffs, meaning more federal money for unemployment benefits. And, the final straw, the tobacco companies ask for a BAILOUT from Washinton.

This ponzi scheme health system is then costing us three times the amount when you add unemployment and bailouts.

CommieBamaMan strikes again.

Tobacco Cos. could go along by ceasing to ship their prduct into N.Y. and. Conn.for example, let those states cope with their citizens’ demands. Just a thought.

I pointed out if people get too taxed, they will quit (which is a good thing for them) but then the tax goes down to $0.

Yahoo! The cigars I buy occasionally go up 40 cents apiece to provide poetry slams for crack babies, or some other worthy cause....

When are they going to levy a $20 cover charge on gay bars and a $50 fee on gay bathhouses, which will go toward AIDS research?

Question #2—Since I learned in school that the noble red man introduced tobacco to the Europeans, can we sue the Indian tribes for getting us addicted?....
