So. Cal gets its water from No. Cal. And there is good news. It's been snowing hard in the Sierra’s for a week. If the trend continues, So. Cal will get water this summer. But it's a tenuous thing. We had two dry winter's. It looks like we'll escape a third dry winter. If we didn't, then the reservoirs would dry up, and there really would be no water. This scenario will eventually play out. Not this year though. Close call.

They’ve been claiming “drought” for the past 3 decades. There’s always a drought. Always.

Arnold will make sure any of the "excess water" is flushed out into the ocean to make the fish happy. Socialists aren't happy unless they are managing scarcity and in constant "crisis" mode.
