What's next? A hefty increase in the Beer and Wine tax? Kentucky is looking at raising state cigarette and alcohol taxes.
A bunch of alcohol manufacturers held a ceremony and poured the booze out on the steps of the Capitol building. I was so sorry that I didn't hear anything about it until it was over.
