Actor Tom Cruise will drive the Chevrolet Camaro pace car at the start of Sunday’s Daytona 500.
Florida Gov. Charlie Crist has been named grand marshal for the 51st running of the Daytona 500. Keith Urban is set to perform a pre-race concert.
Julianne Hough will perform the National Anthem

Got company coming over for the race so I don't think I'll be here much.
The boy and I went to see Billy Joel at the MGM Garden Arena last night. The place holds 17,000 people and it was packed. Last time I saw him was 1981/82 in SLC....and that boy still puts on one heck of a show. Great time.
Hope there is no rain delays today........

One of the most interesting aspects of this race today is how is Stewart going to do as an owner/driver?
I heard him say the other day he was amazed how many checks have to be signed.
Less than 3 hours away from green flag.
BTW, people can get Desert Pepper and other stuff from: ironq.com. Great black bean sauce.
