Mayor Daley has refused to release his wish list for the stimulus funds.
He must’ve either been shamed or got a lot of flack about his impudence ... after all, who says the public has a right to know these things?......../s
But, some info has trickled out, albeit with NO price tags .. which most all municipalities have included.
