Obama says US can work with Muslims: OIC

RIYADH (AFP) — President Barack Obama told the Organisation of Islamic Conference that he has full confidence that the United States can work together with the world's largest grouping of Muslims, the OIC said on Sunday.

In a letter to OIC Secretary General Ekmeleddin Ihasanoglu, Obama said he would work to improve relations with the group, the Jeddah-based organisation said in a statement.

It did not release the text of the letter.

Obama also thanked the OIC, which represents 1.5 billion Muslims in 57 countries, for its congratulations on the occasion of his inauguration on January 20, the organisation said.

The CIA factbook estimates the muslim population as just under 1.41 billion as of July, 2008.

I have a serious problem with that information, FRiend!

It means we obviously have NOT been killing enough of them - fast enough!

We all need reloading equipment - plus scrap lead and copper (who knows, maybe a drop of mercury here and there), and small, portable smelter pots.

Then there’s this thread, about an article from AP that mentions that Hussein has been in “backstage negotiations” with Iran and Syria for months. Apparently, he started even before his election. For normal people, “negotiating” with enemy foreign governments would be considered treason, but not for Barry.
