The Blago Show starts today....

So the Blago Show is beginning! Man, is this some kind of stellar entertainment, or what? Meanwhile, his Impeachment Trial apparently begins today. He won't be there, though. Blago is on the Blitz! Blago was on the morning shows; compares himself to MLK & Ghandi and he's scheduled for the tv show "The View" sometime today. Also, tonight he's scheduled for the "Larry King Show".
Hey, he's innocent until proven guilty. Will the tapes be released soon? Only time will tell.

Meanwhile, that guy is entertaining. What poems will he be reciting?

I work from home on Mondays, my wife watches the View, he is on there now and they are treating him much better than they treated Ann C. a few weeks ago.

The 'tapes' have little to do with his impeachment. They and his arrest was just the final nail in his political coffin.

The Legislature had enough reason to impeach him almost from his first dictatorial day in office.

i cannot understand why the MSM chooses to give this idiot any publicity. he is not going to admit anything on any of these shows...it’s useless to watch.

they constantly elevate the status of people who do bad things.

It was funny watching him comparing himself to Mandella and Ghandi last Friday morning, though.

The Blago show started last Fri., when he did his first interview since his arrest, on WLS-AM, of Chicago, a great station that airs Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Mark Levin’s shows. Blago was interviewed for about 45 minutes, without a news break.

He did say one true thing—once he’s gone, the new governor, Pat Quinn will raise taxes. It IS about the power and money, dontcha know. Attorney General Lisa Madigan will run against Quinn in the primary, and will be the next governor of Illinois. Her father, Speaker of the House Mike Madigan, controls the state’s money and she will get to spend it. Blago has been marginalized as the only crook in all of this. The Democrats win......

Yeah I missed that. Don & Roma show wasn't it?
Then I heard later on, after Rush, on Roe Conn that WLS-AM offered Blago a radio job if he resigned? From 12 noon to 2:00 pm -- RUSH's TIME!

Don't know if that was a joke, but bumping Rush off for that criminal mope wasn't funny to me.

No, Blago was offered that time slot on Sunday afternoons, not during the week.

Well, guess I misheard. (that happens a lot lately)
In any case offering a job to that soon to be convicted felon and federal prisoner is despicable, even as a joke.

Blago should be shunned, like a leper.

Yes, Don & Roma interviewed Blago, on Fri.

On Thurs., during Don & Roma’s show, I heard the program director say that, if Blago resigns, he can have a show, on WLS, on Sundays, noon-2:00.

This guy is becoming burnt toast. He needs to fry bigger fish to stand a chance. His suggestion that he is being ousted for not raising taxes fall on deaf ears. Pft...
