They must have some sort of outdoor space-heating system. The temp there is only in the upper 20’s and here’s Obama in nothing more than a sports jacket - and you don’t even see his breath.
...oh yeah... I forgot. He’s the Messiah. He can walk on water and he can also be not effected by the frigid temps.
One thing I did enjoy was how everyone seemed to ignore Al Gore.
