You won’t see the MSM sending any of their reporters or reporterettes to Wasila this winter.

This totally depends on the e-mail. If it has a hot picture of his wife...then I say let it be.

I would love to be Gov. Palin’s intern!

It is a mindless lawsuit.
Y’all should really spend time on other things.

I don’t care if they copied Britney Spears, a circus midget and the cabana boy who hooked up with Lindsay Lohan’s mom, the fact is the e-mails are directed at the Governor and are also part of her communications. So they are protected.

"Now Todd Palin’s role in state government is at the center of a lawsuit seeking e-mails the governor’s office has withheld for reasons such as “executive privilege.”

We'll trade you: Todd's for Michelle's!!

Actually Matt Lauer was taken by her when he flew to Alaska and spent two days interviewing her and eating some of her home cooking.

Yes, Matt was taken by her.

I have a theory that she should only be interviewed by heterosexual men. They all eventually fall for her by the end of the interview process. Even Charlie Gibson did. Watch the whole interview, by the end he was smiling and joking with her. The same goes for the guy from CNN who interviewed her during the campaign (he totally had a crush on her). The same goes for Wolf Blitzer (couldn't keep the smile off his face by the end of the interview). She would have had the same effect on Larry King if she had been in studio with him.

She had some good women interviewers -- like the lady from ET and Greta, but they were good only because a) they weren't jealous of her, and b) they weren't dealing with any weird subconscious abortion-related angst or anger or disdain.

She seems to be able to charm male journalists much easier than the women.

I find the Obamas completely boring. Call it “the banality of evil”.

Should they be made public? Sure ... right after 0bama’s birth certificate, college records, government spending records, tax records, etc. etc.

I agree... and Katie was the worst, she might as well have had long daggers out for Sarah... you could see it in her eyes. What I find interesting is Tina Fey seems to have come away actually liking Palin by the end.

I have a feeling they are just going to keep hammering non stories like this about her until the public loses any trust. All while 'The One' goes on untouchable.

They can hammer until the cows come home. The DBM has already lost the trust and confidence of the American people and more and more of this iceberg is about to be revealed.

The DBM has already acknowledged its role in getting the Obamessiah elected and now they are going to focus on regaining the trust of the people by covering "serious news" (whatever THAT means). In addition, there is about to be a rash of scandals that are going to come so fast and furiously that the DBM will be trying to jitterbug across a floor of marbles while balancing spinning plates on thin wooden dowels.

I'm already beginning to see indications of "voter's remorse" among his supporters as they start figuring out that they are not getting the person they thought they were voting for. As with all of us, NO ONE knows what we actually got on Nov. 4. We just know its name is Obama.

Considering the fact that the ADN is acting as the media arm of the Democrats, I think all their emails should be made public, too. Let’s start investigating them. Go through their garbage.

What I find interesting is Tina Fey seems to have come away actually liking Palin by the end.

I think she felt conflicted because after meeting Palin, she saw how genuinely nice she is. And it was an added bit of guilt that Palin brought her daughter Bristol with her to the set. Remember the nasty digs Tina Fey made about Bristol being "forced" to marry against her will. It must have made Fey feel uncomfortable. In fact, she mentioned being uncomfortable. It's no fun having to meet the person you are "goofing on" and realize that this person is a genuine decent human being who means you no harm and is no fool.

Also, somebody had arranged to have Fey's in-laws meet Palin at a rally. The in-laws are huge Republicans and adored Palin. So, I think the kindness that Palin showed to Fey's extended family also added to the guilt.

Oh yeah, and I totally agree with you about Couric. She was just a witch. You could tell. The fake smile was the worst. It made her teeth look like fangs. There was one moment during the joint interview with McCain and Palin, where Couric was playing her little game about the gotcha question. She had this fake smile on and was saying, “no it wasn’t — it was just a question from a voter.” The fake toothy smile smile just made me gag. It reminded me of one of the villainous animals in Disney’s the Lion King.

Todd Palin signed my Sarah Palin tee shirt at an NRA rally at a southwestern PA gun club in October. What a courteous, personable gentleman. Soft-spoken, thanked the crowd for their support of the McCain/Palin ticket. May the Lord bless and protect that family.

He seemed very genuine and kind. These reports about him being “the shadow governor” are just laughable. He strikes me as laconic man who is light years away from being interested in political maneuvering. I’d bet anything that most of the emails that she copied him on were FYIs in regards to her schedule. But I do think the Monegan thing was dicey. The problem is that I totally sympathize with her about that guy. I think she ultimately fired him because of the poster. Do you know what mean? I think the poster of Wooten was the last straw, and she was, like, fire this jerk right now. I totally sympathize, but it opened the door for this crazy troopergate. I don’t think she did anything at all wrong, and if we lived in a sane world, she would never have been investigated. But every time an incompetent jerk gets fired, they file a lawsuit. That’s why it’s so difficult to clean up government. That’s why Sarah Palin is such a gem. She was never afraid to fire incompetent people. It’s so much easier to let these losers keep their jobs because they always make trouble when they leave, and it takes years to resolve all the bogus law suits.
