Wonder if the SCOTUS would like a second look at Barry Sotero????
It’s possible, though I don’t know how probable, that the SCOTUS knew about this and didn’t take the Donofrio case because it would have muddied the waters. It would certainly be wonderful if, on January 20, Obama was indicted rather than inaugurated.
