We need the SC to clarify this issue once and for all. I agree. But, if I was a betting man, I'd say that SCOTUS will not resolve this.

...if I was a betting man, I'd say that SCOTUS will not resolve this. If I were a betting man, I wouldn't take the bet either way at this point, but I would be rubbing my lucky rabbit's foot and praying that they do the right thing.
