If our children will be forced to do it why does it need to be as well funded as our military?
To suck money out of the military, to hollow it out, so it can never fight effectively. When a poorly trained, motivated military loses to the enemy, suggest handing it over to the UN. A new UN Army (which
will be funded properly). No more American military.
Also the “Civilian Defense Force” will be closely vetted for loyalty to the New Leadership.
This is not all planned out 1), 2), 3), OBJECTIVE! They'll be playing it by ear, but the general objective is the U.S. will not be able to act unilaterally any more. Everything through the One World Government.
