I think that would not last 10 minutes in a courtroom. I talked to some journalists and they were worried that the rock might roll back down hill on them.

The Fairness Doctrine made more sense for the Dems in the 1990’s before the web and email became really popular.

With a leftist judge that is more concerned about outcome than about the impartiality of the law? Sorry, I have little faith in the judiciary to do the right thing.
