If there is any chance of violence anywhere in our country tonight, I fear it may be CA if the Yes vote succeeds.

I also expect a court to intervene and this should present a challenge to the idea that people in CA have a voice in their government through the Proposition system.

The gayshirts have already been going after people in CA and I fear they may take retribution on homes, churches etc.

I believe that this time it is an amendment to the constitution so the court can’t do a thing about it.

However, it’s bound to be on the ballot again in the future to have it removed from the constitution. This only buys time the way this state is going.

I don’t recognize it anymore.

Well since this is a constitutional amendment, it is hard to see how it can be found unconstitutional, but I am sure some creative minds will try.
