This tracking poll was hijacked by Obama in early Oct.
Rush was talking about OBama camp went around persuading Pollsters to intentionally CHANGE there poll formulas to persuade the masses that Obama way ahead.

If this poll had not been radically changed .The poll would be tied right now .
