Election punditry sometimes comes from strange places. On CNN, it came from a former professional basketball player with a liberal point of view.
Charles Barkley, a former NBA most valuable player, who is now an analyst for TNT’s basketball coverage appeared on CNN’s Oct. 27 “Election Center” to lend his insight on voter behavior.
Barkley noted that polls indicate Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama has a large lead, but said they are useless because the “Bradley effect” is a real polling phenomenon.
“I think the polls are absolutely useless, I do,” Barkley said. “Seriously, most people who are racist, they’re not going to answer the question correctly, either on the phone call or on camera. So I 100 percent believe the polls are flat-out useless. I think this race is going to be neck and neck, down to the wire.”

I’ve always been impressed with Charles Barkley’s brain power. Especially when he uses BOTH brain cells at the same time.
Considering how much money he’s lost gambling, I wouldn’t trust this guy to be a very good prognosticator.
There’s a dog bakery in Old Town, Alexandria called “Barkley Square.” I always think of Charles when I walk by that place.
The “Bradley effect” is just people claiming racism. The mere fact they are voting for the black candidate because he/she is black is racism. The fact they claim the “Bradley effect” is racism. These racists demand and end to racism yet they continue to mention and use race in their every move.

I get a laugh every time I hear the phrase, “reverse racism”...

A while ago Sir Charles was touted as a part of the new black conservatism. I laughed then and now I am laughing so hard I almost peed my pants.
This has got to be one of the dumbest men in America.
Of course I would be truthful and explain exactly why.
It would begin with the fact that the puke is the candidate of the enemy Democrat Party, and is surrounded by people I wouldn't share the same air with ... have a middle saying something about his unending lying ... his Marxist / Socialist roots, and his unending lying ... the ending would be something about his unending lying, his Marxist / Socialist roots, and his being the candidate of the hated enemy Democrat Party.
