In the meantime, the MSM ignores gaping scandals such as Ayers, admitted cocaine use, birth certificate forgery, socialist party (new party) membership, babykilling votes, and 5 other scandals brewing right here on FR.
McCain has been handed a huge opportunity on a golden platter. He should respond to the MSM and Dem's politics of personal destruction by defending Joe and castigating his attackers. Is this the way the average working man is treated by the Dems? Is this the price of free speech? Why is Joe being made the target of this abuse for something Obama said?
This is really big if McCain has the smarts to use it. Obama and the MSM bullies against the common man. The possibilities to exploit this are endless and can be played out until election day.
I was thinking more along the lines of secretary of commerce.

Heck, some media outlet must have googled a Joe Wurzelbacher and came up with a 71 gentleman from Cincinnati, OH and saying that’s the guy to go after. (poor guy is going to get hassled, too) They are still pushing that Joe was a “plant,” even though it was Obama walking through Joe’s neighborhood, near Joe’s property, NOT Joe at an Obama rally.
I read on another thread a license is not required for residential work. Is this true? Maybe Joe just does residential plumbing?

Here’s another dirty little secret these liberal democrats will never admit to, but it’s true.
They privately resent the hell out anyone like Joe who is a “lowly plumber” that has aspirations of earning the kind of money that would put them in the elite income class. Think about it and you’ll see why they can’t help themselves from attacking him, just like they did Sarah Palin - he represents a threat to their world view. They want people like him (and like many of US) to be content hanging around Wal-Mart and clinging to our guns (until they take them away, that is).
Liberals cannot tolerate the notion of true equality that they espouse so much and they engage in personal attacks against those who have the ability to show others how shallow they really are.
Leno joking about him “not even a plumber!”...Joe Biden is coming up next on Leno, sure he will add to it.
Dispelling the darkness is the principle fist. No place to hide for lies, dark deeds, and deciet when the truth shine upon it...and then history and events can take their natural course, once it has been exposed, to eradicate it.
He’ll be fine. He looks like he’s got a good head on his shoulders and strong enough to deal with these hacks.
There are a lot of conservatives out there that won’t let this guy or his boss lose a job thanks to Obama’s thugs. It’s not something I’m too worried about. Heck, Rush might even hire the guy to be on call 24/7 if it came down to it.
Just keep focused on a) What Obama thugs are doing to an average hard working American citizen and b) what Obama said.
The Nixon White House did. It didn't work out for them.
No matter, with the tools we have at hand, we can take care of the business ourselves.
