It was a very "NUANCED"ugly personal attack.
Just like the 'fish'--very NUANCED.
I hope he keeps it up because, seriously, if you know the sort of woman who might vote in this election, they won’t see this language as “innocent” but rather as typical misogynistic, old-boy, glass-ceiling and part-and-parcel of his dissing Hillary by not even vetting her for running mate and picking the ultimate good-ol’ boy.
Once, while visiting NO, LA, we went into a gay bar, without knowing what we had walked into.
I was young enough to not understand those there that decided to start talking about fish. (Mind you, we figured it all out within 10 minutes, as there were other and more noticeable clues....)
Either this was to indicate that McCain is old and stinks like old fish, or it is something even worse. And I think you get my drift.
