In just 48 hours, ArcXIX turned up countless old photos of the Palin family and even Bristol’s school records. In other words, this is not the work of an occasional blogger, but that of a serious opposition research team meant to make sure Gov. Palin’s political life is nasty, brutish, and short.
Google "arcxix" and there's a lot of info. Some blog theorized that he was Chris somebody (forget the last name--maybe a pseudonym?). It would be interesting to try to find more information on this guy. My guess is he/she has connections to the Obama campaign.
the 1up page was updated in feb 2008 then after the diary wasposted on Kos was scrubbed clean. I think thats too much of a coincidence. might also want to look at his other name:

If he is in Columbus, Ohio, chances are he works for the State or local government, and based on Strickland’s administration, most likely doing campaign business on state time.
