Obama was giving the intelectual answers ala the “what would you do if someone raped your wife” which was asked during a presidential debate of the past.
Obaba was paralysis of analysis.
Never saw a person grapple that way without a little anxiety. I think that is his secret. Works for on the job learners....but not the President.
