Mitchell is a brilliant man and was a great pilot. But he has been involved with this mystical stuff for a while. Why they refer to him as “top astronaut” though is beyond me. He had only the one space flight, 37 years ago. Of course he is remarkable and a hero to me for having been one of only 12 men to walk on the moon. But he has had no connection to NASA for decades I don’t think.
