If true, it explains the
unsubstantiated reports of "re-wiring" the first two aircraft. You'd have to gut the aircraft completely in order to replace the wingbox.
Steven Udvar-Hazy is also the guy whose comments killed the original A350, forcing Airbus to redesign it and come out with the A350XWB.
