The news wasn’t really “out there”. It had published many weeks ago in some obscure women’s gossip magazine in Australia . Drudge broke the story into the mainstream.
Heck, even CNN kept mum.
Drudge, however, did not.

Bild is hardly obscure, and they broke it before Drudge.

They were the Brit Sailors taken prisoner/hostage by the Iranians several months back. Some people (me being one of them) feel they did not conduct themselves properly whilst in custody.
