"So I have some news for John McCain," he added, saying there was no al-Qaida presence in Iraq until President Bush invaded the country. *rolling eyes* What an ignorant tool.

As far as Obama goes, there gotta be more remarks like that coming down the pike. He’s not too good talking off the cuff.

Its about time, with all the things we can not say about Barry, we can finally say he is stupid.

Two fools exchanging glances...al Qaeda was there before we invaded and barring a radical change in the way we fight this war, will still be there in some form or fashion after we leave, surge or not.

"I have some news. Al-Qaida is in Iraq. It's called `al-Qaida in Iraq,'" McCain said, drawing laughter at Obama's expense. I hereby condemn these hurtful comments. I take responsibility and I repudiate what he said. I will not tolerate anything in this campaign that denigrates either Sen. Obama or Sen. Clinton.

McCain will school him on national security. Who cares if AQ wasn’t operating in Iraq before, they’re there now, fool. Obama said “if they’re forming a base” and then says he knows they already have one. I only hope Barack crushes Hillary before he crashes and burns.

Obama quickly answered back, telling a rally at Ohio State University in Columbus, "I do know that al-Qaida is in Iraq."
He admits al-Qaida is in Iraq. But he wants to start immediately pulling our troops out if he's elected. And he doesn't see a problem with that?

now that is the kind of thing that could make me warm up to McCain a little more.

...saying he would take action as president "if al-Qaida is forming a base in Iraq." Obama quickly answered back, telling a rally at Ohio State University in Columbus, "I do know that al-Qaida is in Iraq."
So what, exactly is he saying??? If al-Qaida leaves Iraq and than comes back to Iraq, then he'll take action??? He may be a lawyer, but did he ever take a course in basic logic?
The man is scary.

This is a good one! And nice try Obama, McCain has been a leader not a follower on Iraq. Obama hasn't even done his homework!

Obama should fact check before he talks.
"So I have some news for John McCain," he added, saying there was no al-Qaida presence in Iraq until President Bush invaded the country."President Bush in his "Saddam must leave" speech in 2003: "The regime has a history of reckless aggression in the Middle East. It has a deep hatred of America and our friends. And it has aided, trained and harbored terrorists, including operatives of al Qaeda."

2002 Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was operating in Iraq and planned an assassination on Laurence Foley, a US diplomat before Pres. Bush “invaded” Iraq.
May Obama and his “followers” go to hell for all I care. Ignorance is destroying this Country and it seems Obama is the head cheerleader for the movement.

This reminds me of an argument with my (liberal) sister while my son was on his 2nd Iraq tour with the USMC. She went off about how we should not even be in Iraq, should be going after AQ in Afghanistan. I said, HEY AQ IS IN IRAQ. And she argued that if we were not in Iraq AQ would not be there, so we should pull out of Iraq and “redeploy” to Afghanistan. Could not make her understand that if the enemy is/was AQ, how about we just fight them in Iraq since we are already there? Of course she shuts down every conversation by saying we will never agree on these things and does not want a little tiff to hurt our relationship.
