HILLARY COSTING HERSELF VOTES
Dick Morris.com ^ | 2/18/2008 | Dick Morris

Posted on 02/19/2008 9:49:19 AM PST by Signalman

The more the Clinton campaign talks about using super delegates to override the will of the people and using the credentials fight over Michigan and Florida to nullify Obama’s victories, the more she is creating those very victories by showing how old line, arrogant, and authoritarian she and her campaign really is. The image the campaign is presenting to the electorate is uniformly negative. She is threatening to cast aside the will of the voters and to coast to victory sponsored by the entitled establishment of the party. This is a recipe for losing so many primaries and so many caucuses that she can’t win no matter how many strings she pulls. That is precisely the situation in which she finds herself. By trumpeting her survival strategy to anyone who will listen, she nullifies the chances she had to survive the primaries and caucuses with a lead.

She is more dangerous than him. Let’s help get her out first, then worry about him.

I could still see Hillary running in 2012.

By 2012 she'll be even more unelectable than she is now. There will be nuclear retribution by the Clintons if she doesn't win this nomination...and people won't forget or forgive them.

This is it for the Clinton Crime Family...it's now or never, and they know it.

yes, but right now she’s doing this against Obama. All those lost Obama votes, Las Vegas, Superdelegates bribing is not going to sit well AMONG DEMOCRATS.

If the next Pres is only one term I could still see Hillary running in 2012. I don’t think even a loss now kills off the Clintons

You admit you're a newbie, but are you new to demonRAT politics too?

RATs eat their own placenta and have no use for a loser.

If the bitch loses this trip, she's off to the bahamas with a lesbian lover. BJ gets to run the videocam.

Obama beating Hillary in the primary will change the Democrat party for ever. You will see many who have always voted Democrat with out question finally stand up and pay attention. At least thats the way it looks here I live.

Unless there is a huge swing to Billary, due to the proportional awarding of delegates in all states, she is bound to be short come convention time. Thus it is imperative to make sure that she is either down enough to be bounced out or she has to push the super delegates swing. The MI and FL is a dangerous and possible fatal tactic that I think most Democrats would not swallow. Either way your plan hinges on a presumption that it is better to have a nasty convention fight by making sure she is in a good enough position as to make her powerplays regarding super delegates and MI/FL less damaging. That is a losing proposition. She is down and hurting right now - to ressurrect her is just plain dumb.

She is more dangerous than him.

I don't agree. Obama's charisma and likability make him far more dangerous.
