Also have to ask if the Boston Glob ever pointed out that Bill Clinton COULDN’T have witnessed any black church fires in Arkansas when he grew up.
The Bill Clinton moment on what the meaning of “saw” is was one thing.
Mitt saying on the record, “My father and I marched with Martin Luther King Jr. through the streets of Detroit,” is quite another.
And to have a campaign spokesman acknowledge that the statement was not true is yet another.
If this doesn’t kill Mitt’s campaign, it’s certain to seriously damage it.
