Utah is talking about ditching it in favor of Oklahoma type legislation and in Oregon there’s a ballot initiative up and running to stop it. Hawaii and New Mexico will probably be the holdouts.

Here is an update as of August 24 on where the various states stand. The trend for states is to eliminate it. In the last year, North Carolina and Tennessee stopped issuing licenses to illegal immigrants altogether.
