Tennessee did too and almost every argument that Spitzer was making for the plan was easily rebutted by what happened in that state. If we can get the rest of them to do the same as those two then it’ll be almost impossible for Spitzer or any other vote-seeking panderer to bring this back up again.

I know someone who works at the DMV and she said every single one of them were going to refuse to go along with this. I told her to tell her co-workers that there were people standing behind them and to know that they are not alone.

Governor Steamroller had to learn that the People are the only true sovereigns. Simply decreeing that the Mexican Invaders were to be given driver licenses was an act of defiance to those sovereigns. The People of the State of New York have vetoed the Governor's plan. It's unlikely that this will be the last time that the People will have to show that they are the only true sovereigns (whether in NY, another State, or America).
