Well, since the "Red Lady" was actually a boy, do you mean Hill or Bill?

For the record, I favor humor on GGG threads.

Oh, lighten up! Besides learning something interesting, we enjoy some laughs. Goodness knows, we could use them.

:’) The Sinking Lands, which lay west of the current coast of Britain, and including (generally speaking) the better-known Lyonesse, survived in British legend into the Middle Ages (and thereafter, as written versions); at least one similar survival into modern times concerns stuff submerged in what is now The Wash. Evidence of their former existence as dry land takes the form of submerged, broken-off forests (rooted stumps), the odd stone artifact, etc.

I liked it, and you’re right, this is a political forum.

I liked it too. Only one problem. hillary has higher testosterone levels tan bill does. She’s nothing lcose to being a “lady”. She is certainly red though.

The Sinking Lands

There was a post not long ago about a submerged forest off the U.S. coast, off Oregon if memory serves.

Found a burnt effigy of an SUV and a shrine to Al Gore down there.

Recently I did testing that determined that my grandmother (dad's mother) (Mrs Smith) was DNA haplogroup U5a1a. It explained that this DNA between Scotland and Finland was so similar that this group must have once been connected at one time.....walk from Scotland to Finland?

walk from Scotland to Finland

Why not, if you could walk from Britain to Scandinavia?

I love it when someone makes a pompous post—and his sig next to his name is a bad Latin translation of a humorous phrase: Don’t let the Bastards Grind You Down.

Up with Sophomores!

I am taking a course by one of the major archaeologists researching this question and it came up during discussion. so far there is no evidence of survivors, presumably the landbridge that allowed them to get to britain wasnt able to take them back to the continent.

Sophomoric Bump To The Top...

I've never seen you looking so gorgeous as you did tonight
I've never seen you shine so bright you were amazing
I've never seen so many people want to be there by your side
And when you turned to me and smiled, It took my breath away
I have never had such a feeling
Such a feeling of complete and utter love, as I do tonight

The way you look tonight
I never will forget, the way you look tonight
The lady in red
The lady in red
The lady in red
My lady in red (I love you.)

29,000 year old evidence of belief in an afterlife. You don't add favorite or treasured items, or even bury if you don't think there is a reason they might need the stuff.
