I can agree that George 1 made mistakes in not supporting a Free and Prosperous Russia after the USSR collapse, but GB 1 did push Saddam out of Kuwait but then failed reelection...which should not have happened. Clinton failed to support the Free agenda anywhere...and managed to bomb the Christian Serbs and screw up with NOK, China, Russia, Alqueda, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Israel and more.

And Bush II is carrying through with Clinton’s anti-Serbian policies.
Nobody can suppport Clinton’s policies - but then its difficult to make policy when you’re fooling around with anything in skirts.

From 91 through 96 at least the U.S. government spent billions in the former Soviet Republics to support privitization, the creation of tv and radio stations, newspapers, accounting and legal structures, etc. I’m not looking for an argument but rather an understanding of what you think the U.S. SHOULD have done?
