Why is it that Sean refuses to promote Hunter?

He’s had him on more than once but not nearly as many times as say Roody Doody.
Sean doesn’t promote so-called second tier candidates because he doesn’t think they are viable...though he should. He thinks Roody Doody, FRed and Mitt are the only ones we should pay attention to.

He is close friends w/ Rudy, so that drives his promotion.

I think Sean is concentrating on the top tier candidates with 10 weeks left. Which leads me to this question? Why isn't Duncan Hunter in the top tier of candidates?
I mean, I've been reading a number of threads on this site about the candidates -- and the only candidate that seems to get unanimous approval on freerepublic.com is Duncan Hunter.
I've also seen it mentioned that the "true conservatives", like the ones that populate this site, make up more then 50% of the Republican party. So if that is true, and Duncan Hunter is the conservatives unanimous choice as the person who best reflects what they believe in -- then why isn't he in the top tier?
