The Dalai Lama is revered the world over for his courage and moral authority.
What happened to the Armenians, as despicable as it was, was done by a nation-state that no longer exists. Turkey is now an ally of the United States, and one who’s cooperation we disparately need if we are going to continue our efforts in Iraq.
This resolution in the House is a cynical attempt by the Demoscum leadership to drive a wedge between the United States and Turkey for the SOLE purpose of sabotaging the war effort.
And to think that just weeks ago they were yapping like hysterical poodles about something that Rush said — claiming he was disrespecting US servicemembers when he was doing nothing of the kind.
They, on the other hand, have a real knife in their hands and they are going to use it to stab every man and woman in uniform in the back — unless we call them on it and make sure that everyone knows that is exactly what they are doing.

Absolutely no mention of that angle, and several quotes by lawmakers saying stuff like “it’s a great idea at the wrong time” instead of “what a depraved way to try to undermine our country”.

Who cares about ticking off China? They just showed us how much they care with their tainted food and drugs. They came back with false allegations against the US and were ready to start an embargo because their products are unsafe for human consumption. I wish we would really tick them off. Who else is supporting their commie economy? Tell them to stick it.

Who cares if China gets ticked off. They should start to accept some responsibility for a change when it comes to products from that country.
I heard on Monday night on Glenn Beck’s show that there was a spiritual leader from the Armenian Christian Church in Turkey that said this was a mistake.
Expect 2008 to be a clean out for the Dems as 2006 was to the Pubs.

This makes total sense especially for an Armenian Christian in Turkey. What is most curious about this insanity is that these liberals keep talking about them being the only people in this nation to repair the damage the Bush administration has done around this globe. They can't keep up with their own rhetoric.
And these knuckle dragger's are worried about an event that happened almost 100 years ago concerning a country that no longer exists!!!
