How many times must this scenerio be repeated?
:::::::
Until we have a President and a Congress that respect our borders and our laws, and see the need to protect the people of America against illegal invaders.

Till then, keep digging graves and wasting vast amounts of taxpayer dollars.

Another Baltimore Sun article about the same accident is being discussed here

This is going to go on until the Politicians realize that the cost of the dead bodies piling up exceeds the cost of dealing with the problem.

Here's a wonderfully horrific headline for you:

"Illegals Kill More In One Year Than 9/11 Hijackers"

What can we do about it? Here’s my standard post.

RICO —Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.

Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.

RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.

In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.

Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.

The politicians in this state have the best interests of NON CITIZENS at heart over their actual constituents. Our boy governor started the sanctuary policy in Baltimore when he was mayor. The past Montgomery county executive, Doug Duncan made that county a haven for illegals, AT THE EXPENSE OF ALL MD CITIZENS. We have “day laborer” centers all over. We have child molesters and murderers who are let out of jail early and not deported. This state is a frickin mess. And it WILL get worse because our “leaders” don’t give a damn about anything but their own future.

It would be ironic if the poor souls who were hit by this invader were “illegals” themselves. I dare the Baltimore Sun to explore that angle.... 8~)

These Mexican/Guatemalan country bumpkin idiots never drove until they got here illegally. That’s why they are so terrible, besides getting all liquored up before driving

How many Americans need to be brutally slaughtered before our leaders are held responsible?

Who will be tomorrows victims of this never ending slaughter?

Who will be tonight's victims? Your son? My son? Someones daughter or Mother?

As the Left said last year and the year before, just giving illegals drivers licenses would have made them safer drivers.

It isn't fair charging the man. After all, he probably can't read English. How could he possibly be at fault not being able to read the WARNING signs?

Perhaps the Court could sentence him instead to take an "English As A Second Language" course, like we do in our State? We pay for these courses so poor immigrants who can't get along well in English can do better. It's only fair to rehabilitate him as well. How can he be expected to comply with signs he can't read? /s/
