I didn’t catch Soucheray today. I’ve been listening mostly to 100.3 lately. But at any rate, structural deficiency is an unfortunate term that they use in the bridge rating. They really need to revisit that and possibly come up with a more friendly lay-person term.
I try to listen to Dan, mid-mornings. But that’s when the bulk of my meetings occur.

Sructural deficiency is indeed a very unfortunate term. It reminds me of how the media uses the term ‘transportation dollars’ to mislead the public in the last election.
