Thread from wagglebee on the stance of the Republican party and abortion...

Six months before the Iowa presidential caucuses, anti-abortion activists in the Republican Party are trying to adjust to a strikingly different political landscape. For the first time in more than a generation, they face, in former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani of New York, a front-runner for the nomination who supports abortion rights.

"Pro-life" support is divided among several other candidates, including former Governor Mitt Romney of Massachusetts, a relatively recent convert to the cause, and former Senator Fred Thompson of Tennessee. And some strategists and outside analysts are voicing a theory that was once unthinkable in the Republican Party: That a convergence of forces - such as the early primaries in moderate states like California - may have diminished the influence of the anti-abortion movement on the Republican nominating process.

Anti-abortion leaders are increasingly moving to defend the seminal victory they first won in 1980 - the definition of the Republican Party as the "pro-life party" in its platform and its presidential nominees. Key leaders are signing on with the anti-abortion candidates they see as best able to go the distance. And some of those leaders are warning, bluntly, that the abortion issue is fundamental - not something to be finessed

Republican anti-abortion activists face possibility of setback

Mitt Romney doesn't want to debate in St. Pete cuz this is TERRI'S HOME and also the HOME OF GREER'S FRIEND MEL SEMBLER, A BIG ROMNEY DONOR.

Romney can't play both sides and say anythng pro-life about Terri while his hands are bloodied with Mel Sembler's monies (and all subsidiaries).

bttt. Everett Rice's profile in paper today. He works at a law firm that represents corrupt judges. There will be conflicts of interest in the future. If the Pinellas Cty Commission is nailed by Bernie McCabe's Grand Jury (is it faux grand jury), they will want to call Cohen's law firm. There were be more conflicts of interest but who's counting?

By the way, property appraisor ASKED STATE ATTY MCCABE to investigate his land deal to clear his name. How many defendants get the opportunity to ask the state attorney to clear their name? MCCABE CLEARED MICHAEL SCHIAVO's name although his nursing license was fraudulently obtained and Mikey & the murderers killed a woman. Can a Bernie MCCabe grand jury be impartial when all of Bernie's friends from the Cty Commission are potential DEFENDANTS? Why didn't Bernie recuse and send matter to HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY?

Bernie's magic touch for the Pinellas GOP gang may exonerate them all. Racketeering? Naw, not here. LOL LOL LOL THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO MURDERED TERRI!

CANADA AND U.S. are not killing Seniors with kindness. They are drugging them to death (people who end up stuck on Medicaid particularly).

They don't need dehydration cuz they are POISONING PATIENTS TO DEATH and you won't see any mention of pharmaceuticals on autopsy reports.

Silent euthanasia through chemistry.

Does Father Pavone have an opinion on people being killed by prescription drugs in hospitals, hospitals and nursing homes? It seems to me Priests for Life should research via survey how many Americans KNOW their relative was drugged to death.
