Nay is good. Voting nay meant that they did not want to stop the debate. Voting yay meant let’s stop the debates and the introduction of other amendments and let’s vote on this bill.
The additional good news is that this bill again exposed McCain for the liberal democrat RINO that he has always been. GET HIM OUT OF THE SENATE!
