Fairbanks is norther than Helsinki. If they want to study ancient circumpolar stuff they can drive here and count wasps like the rest of us. Not much has changed.

They recently brought Alaskan King Crab to the area to see how they'd do, and boy did they do!!! Wahooo, those crabs loved the place. The Norwegians think of them as an invasive species so they allowed a year-round, unlimited fishing limit on them in their part of the sea around there. The Russians are a bit more restrictive.
Arctic Ocean fishing and crabbing is now making the remaining Sa'ami rich.
