I agree.

They could easily have washed their hands of this mess by allowing her to come to britain a lonf while ago instead of hounding this poor girl through the courts.

I believe there was a similar case back at the start of the 90s where a girl, that had been raped was denied an abortion because of the quite draconian laws with regard abortion they adopt in Ireland.

This “medical condition of the unborn and prognosis for the child’s future” is where many against abortion might, in this case, become a turncoat and side with the Dublin teen and High Court’s decision.
