It’s generally considered the responsibility of the person making the statements to back them up. If Mo1 is going to make charges about financial impropriety, then it’s his responsibility to back them up, not blow it off, and tell the other people to do the work themselves.
So, Mo1, where’s the evidence? I’ve never seen any thread on that.

Three Minuteman directors voted in January to oust Gilchrist and two other directors, citing concerns over accounting and possible fundraising improprieties.
But Gilchrist says he is the sole member of the board of directors he has a corporate filing from September that says so and that the others are part of an advisory board with no decision-making power and no authority to remove him.
The three directors being sued by Gilchrist said they tried unsuccessfully to get him to address concerns in December, and after his removal still tried to make the peace with him.
