“...however if you are going to trust Giuliani because he is NOT Hillary Clinton...”

I never said I was going to trust him. I said I would vote for him.

But you could plug anyone - literally ANYONE into the Republican slot, and if they’re against Hillary... I would vote for them, because to stay home (or “vote for my cat,” as one FReeper put it) would be, in effect, a vote for Her Highness - and THAT’S something I NEVER want to see happen. Do you?

Give me a straight answer.

I know you can’t stand Rudy.
I presume you can’t stand Hillary.

If it’s one against the other, do you honestly NOT care which one gets into office?

It is never 'one against the other' and if the GOP is stupid enough to nominate Giuliani as it's standard bearer, it will be leaving conservatives no differently than when Reagan said 'I didn't leave the Democrat Party, the Democrat Party left me'.

There are always choices. And the choices do not have to be ONLY Giuliani vs. Clinton. That is why all of this hell raising is going on right now, to hopefully derail the RudyToot Express long before it gets to the convention.

The whole 'who do you choose, Rudy or Hillary' mantra is an exercise in futility because neither one of those two losers have been nominated, there is no guarantee that EITHER of them will be their party's nominee, and if the GOP chooses a return to liberal-RINO-Rockefeller Republicanism, it is they, not conservatives, who will be sealing their own fate as a permanent minority like they wandered in the wilderness for so many decades.

How's that for a straight answer?
