Well, yeah. If they take the pro-abortion political position then they are “abortionists” and the subscribe to “abortionism.” Same as those who take the extreme left feminazi position, they are “feminists” and support the cause of “feminism.” Just as we have environmentalists, environmentalism, homosexualists, homosexualism, etc. Political movements and political causes supported do define the person.
