Must he can't read. Being a government building, there are usually signs all over the entrance ways warning people that contraband is not allowed, and specifically telling them weapons or ammo are not allowed inside. Just another elitist who thinks the rules apply to everyone else except them.
Isn't it illegal for someone with a license to carry to give possession of his gun to someone else?
