Webb will be voting on laws for all of us to live with for years. He seems to have no common sense at all. Having a staffer carry a loaded firearm into that building tells me that Webb does not have his parachute open all the way.
Webb may have a full six pack, but he lacks the plastic thingy that holds 'em all together.
