WMD Secreted in Syria, General Sada Says
The New York Sun ^ | January 26, 2006 | Ira Stoll

Posted on 03/24/2007 4:48:21 AM PDT by Fennie

General Georges Sada told The New York Sun that the pilots of the two airliners that transported the weapons of mass destruction to Syria from Iraq approached him in the middle of 2004. I know them very well. They are very good friends of mine. The pilots told Mr. Sada that two Iraqi Airways Boeings were converted to cargo planes by removing the seats. Then Special Republican Guard brigades loaded materials onto the planes, including yellow barrels with skull and crossbones on each barrel. The flights 56 in total attracted little notice because they were thought to be civilian flights providing relief from Iraq to Syria, which had suffered a flood after a dam collapse in June of 2002...

The "so what" will come after they are eventually found... and one day they will be found (probably in their use in terror attacks).

We knew this already. Maybe not in anecdotal form, but what's the difference?
The LibRATs won't believe it because they don't want to. All this will get is "Show me the WMDs" belched out by every libRAT who hates our president.

Can't be. CNN has said there's no WMD.

the most buried story in the media

Because its revelation would essentially destroy the Democrat party. Everything the Left has been yapping about for over three years would be revealed to be bogus. The Bush admin knows full well where the WMDs went, and who transported them. .....but for some reason they're keeping quiet about it.

Keeping it quiet because he needs a Democrat majority to get his amnesty bill through Congress.

He said he had not shared his story until now with any American officials. "I kept everything secret in my heart," he said. But he is scheduled to meet next week in Washington with Senators Sessions and Inhofe, Republicans of, respectively, Alabama. (Bets on whether or not this meeting will be covered by the DBM?

Someone's taking this guy seriously.

It's not a question of did SH have WMD (everyone knew he did and he never demonstrated that he destroyed them, as the UN demanded), but it's a question of where did they go? This article validates what many in the intelligence community, media and government thought happened to them.

Note the date, people; this is over a year old. I've actually seen this guy speak in person and he's *very* credible. The hearings, etc., with Sen. Sessions already happened, though, and the DBM buried it, as expected. The only real media exposure he got was a guest slot on the Daily Show one night early last year.

Why is everybody on the left willing to believe Heidi Fluzzie's best customer Charlie ? When it comes to this man he can't get any press. What is wrong with this world when they listen to a sex pervert and an admitted one at that then they do this guy?Something wrong with these drugged up sex starved perverts can't they read. If they can believe Charlie why can't they believe this guy. I guess Oberman and the other press boys went to see Hedi and she tells them the truth.

meeting with republican senators is almost useless- like preaching to the choir

if this guy wants his big secret to be taken seriously he would be meeting with reid and pelosi and murtha

If that were true, then Bush is more than the wimp he is...he'd be an idiot too. You're saying that Bush would purposely take a course of action that has literally destroyed his presidency, made our troops more vulnerable, destroyed our national image abroad and caused the loss of Republican power in Washington...among many other things. And he did this why? It must be one helluva reason.
